You have been scheduled to work an upcoming off-site wedding for 160 guests!
Servers will assist with setup, passing appetizers, maintaining stations, bussing tables, clean-up/breakdown of the event.
All Staff will help unload back at Baywood

12:00 PM | Staff ARRIVE at Baywood
1:00 PM | Staff arrives at event location
4:00 PM | Ceremony onsite
4:30 PM | Cocktail Hour Begins
5:45 pm | Cocktail Hour Ends
6:20 PM | Dinner starts
7:30 PM | Dessert Service
8:30 PM - 10:00 PM | Clean Up & return to Baywood to unload
**Bar not provided by Baywood, we leave after food service is cleaned up
10:00 PM | conclusion of event
Staff Notes:
Attire:
- Attire: Black Button-Up & Black Pants.
- Wear a SoDel/Highwater Shirt for setup.
- Wear comfortable shoes.
- Bring a light jacket in case it gets chilly.Meal will be provided for pre-shift. You are allowed to bring snacks, if needed.
