Hello SoDel Team!
You have been scheduled to work an upcoming off-site fundraising event for 300 guests!
Servers will assist with setup, maintaining appetizer stations, bussing tables, passing appetizers, clean-up/breakdown of the event.
Bartenders will setup, serve guests, and break down bar.
All Staff will help unload back at Northeast Seafood Kitchen.

Timeline:
2:00 PM | Staff ARRIVE at Botanical gardens
4:45 PM | Guests Arriving
5:00 PM | Bar/ Passed Apps/ Harvest Table
6:00 PM | Food Stations open
7:00 PM | Desserts to replace harvest table
8:00 PM | Conclusion of Event

Staff Notes:

  • NOTE: Event is under a tent and is rain or shine. Plan to dress appropriately in case of rain.

  • Attire:
    - Attire: Black Button-Up & Black Pants.
    - Wear a SoDel Shirt for setup.
    - Wear comfortable shoes.
    - Bring a light jacket in case it gets chilly.

  • Bar Staff: Please bring Wine Keys.

  • Meal will be provided for pre-shift. You are allowed to bring snacks, if needed.
